Repair Parts Warranty

Repairs: 90-day warranty on the parts we replace, plus any manufacturer or supply house parts warranty. This warranty covers only the specific part replaced. It does not cover the rest of the unit, other parts that fail later, or equipment failures from other causes.

Install Labor Warranty

Installs: 1-year limited labor warranty applies only to equipment purchased through and installed by Excellent Heating & Air Solutions, LLC. Equipment not purchased through us carries no labor warranty from Excellent Heating & Air.

Free Quotes & Second Opinions

Free quotes and free second opinions apply to new equipment and system replacements only. Diagnostic and repair visits are billed at regular rates.

Specials & Offers

Offers and specials are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time. Residential service only unless stated. Specials and discounts cannot be combined. One per visit.

Discounts

Discounts must be mentioned before billing and can’t be applied after an invoice is issued.

Pricing

Prices shown are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the equipment, parts and work needed, and is confirmed before work begins. Repairs found during a tune-up are billed at regular rates.

Emergency & After-Hours Service

Emergency and after-hours service is available 24/7; after-hours rates apply.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage is subject to the terms provided at the time of service and the manufacturer’s equipment warranty.
